Wix Booking, Payment and Google Calendar Integration

I have an existing Wix website for a professional personal guidance and clarity practice. The website is already designed and live. I am not looking for a website redesign. What I need is an experienced Wix Bookings specialist to create a simple, polished, automated booking and payment experience for my clients.

1. Set up and configure Wix Bookings on my existing Wix website and create and configure my individual appointment/session options.

2. Integrate Wix Bookings with my existing Google Calendar and ensure appointments already marked as busy on Google Calendar automatically block client availability.

3. Ensure that new client bookings appear correctly on my Google Calendar and that there is an online payment system in place so clients can pay in full when booking.

4. I need well thought out recommendations (and configuration) for the appropriate Wix-compatible payment processor.

5. Set up automatic booking confirmations and appointment reminders.

6. Add clear booking buttons/links to appropriate areas of the existing website.

7. Ensure the entire booking and payment experience works beautifully on mobile

I have thee copy/text ready - please discuss with me whether you making a Book A Session page makes sense.

Prior to completing this project, I need you to test the complete customer journey from selecting an appointment through payment and confirmation.

I want this to be extremely simple and easy from both my experience to the client experience. A visitor should be able to come to my website at any time of day or night, select the type of session she wants, see my actual availability, choose a time, pay online and receive confirmation without needing to contact me first.

My Google Calendar should remain my primary calendar.

I prefer to use Wix's native functionality wherever practical and am definitely not looking for a complicated collection of third-party applications, automations or integrations unless you can demonstrate a genuine reason they are necessary.

I am looking for someone experienced, efficient and detail-oriented who can make this process simple rather than over-engineering it! Thank you!!
