<p>Title: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager – Technology Staffing & Consulting</p><p>Location: Remote</p><p>Duration: Full Time</p><p><br></p><p>About the Role</p><p>We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated <strong>Business Development Manager / Sales Manager</strong> with a strong <strong>hunter mentality</strong> to drive new business, acquire new logos, and grow revenue across IT staffing and technology consulting services.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling into <strong>enterprise and mid-market organizations</strong>, working with <strong>MSPs, VMS programs, procurement teams, Talent Acquisition, HR, CIO/CTO organizations, and hiring managers</strong>.</p><p>This is a <strong>new-logo and revenue-focused role</strong>. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, getting Amtex onboarded with new clients and MSP programs, developing relationships with decision-makers, and converting prospects into revenue-generating accounts.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>New Logo Acquisition</p><ul><li>Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients.</li><li>Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.</li><li>Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, HR, and business leaders.</li><li>Generate new opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, industry events, and existing relationships.</li><li>Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and account launch.</li><li>Consistently meet or exceed new-logo and revenue targets.</li></ul><p>MSP / VMS Business Development</p><ul><li>Identify and pursue opportunities with <strong>MSPs, VMS providers, and Managed Service Programs</strong>.</li><li>Experience getting staffing firms onboarded as approved suppliers is highly preferred.</li><li>Develop relationships with MSP program managers, supplier managers, procurement teams, and vendor management organizations.</li><li>Understand MSP/VMS onboarding processes, supplier qualification, MSA execution, compliance requirements, rate cards, markups, SLAs, and submission processes.</li><li>Drive Amtex's enrollment and onboarding with new MSP/VMS programs.</li><li>Identify opportunities within existing MSP programs and convert them into active revenue-generating accounts.</li></ul><p>Revenue Generation</p><ul><li>Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.</li><li>Build a predictable sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM activity and forecasting.</li><li>Identify opportunities for <strong>IT staffing, professional services, project-based consulting, and GCC solutions</strong>.</li><li>Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, MSAs, SOWs, and other agreements in coordination with leadership.</li><li>Expand relationships from initial staffing opportunities into broader technology services engagements.</li></ul><p>Client Relationship Development</p><ul><li>Establish strong relationships with hiring managers and executive-level stakeholders.</li><li>Understand client business challenges and position appropriate technology staffing or consulting solutions.</li><li>Conduct client meetings, presentations, capability discussions, and solution discussions.</li><li>Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction.</li><li>Develop strategic relationships that result in repeat business and account expansion.</li></ul><p>Sales Strategy & Market Development</p><ul><li>Research target companies, industries, decision-makers, and competitive landscapes.</li><li>Develop target-account lists and account penetration strategies.</li><li>Identify companies currently using competitors, MSPs, or other staffing suppliers.</li><li>Track market trends, hiring activity, technology initiatives, and organizational changes to identify new opportunities.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, networking events, and client meetings.</li></ul><p>Required Experience</p><ul><li><strong>5+ years of B2B technology sales / business development experience</strong>, preferably in IT staffing or technology consulting.</li><li>Proven track record of <strong>new-logo acquisition and revenue generation</strong>.</li><li>Demonstrated experience selling IT staffing, professional services, consulting, or technology solutions.</li><li>Experience working with <strong>MSPs, VMS programs, procurement organizations, or enterprise supplier programs</strong>.</li><li>Experience getting a staffing/technology company <strong>onboarded with new clients or MSP programs</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and consulting market.</li><li>Proven ability to prospect and develop relationships with senior decision-makers.</li><li>Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Experience managing a sales pipeline and accurately forecasting revenue.</li><li>Strong CRM discipline and ability to document sales activity and opportunities.</li></ul><p>Preferred Experience</p><ul><li>Existing relationships with enterprise clients, MSPs, VMS providers, or procurement organizations.</li><li>Experience selling into <strong>Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Government, Insurance, Manufacturing, or other enterprise industries</strong>.</li><li>Experience selling multiple service lines including:</li><li>IT Staffing</li><li>Professional Services</li><li>Project-Based Consulting</li><li>Application Development</li><li>Data / AI / Cloud Services</li><li>GCC / Global Delivery Solutions</li><li>Experience with supplier onboarding, MSA/SOW negotiations, rate negotiations, and vendor qualification
