Account Manager | Central Region

The Account Manager – Enterprise is responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned strategic accounts to drive client satisfaction, retention, and business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of Entrata’s product suite and the ability to align solutions with client objectives. The Account Manager works cross-functionally with internal teams to identify opportunities for account expansion, resolve issues, and deliver a seamless client experience.<br><br><strong>Duties/Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts. </li><li>Develop account plans outlining strategies for growth, retention, and upsell opportunities. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Implementation, and Support, to deliver high-quality client experiences. </li><li>Understand client business objectives, challenges, and operations to effectively position Entrata solutions. </li><li>Provide consultative guidance to clients on best practices, industry trends, and product utilization. </li><li>Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth. </li><li>Communicate product updates, new features, and relevant developments to client stakeholders. </li><li>Analyze account data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Essential Functions<br><br></strong><ul><li>Maintain ongoing communication with key client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention. </li><li>Develop and execute account strategies that drive growth and align with company goals. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services. </li><li>Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve complex client issues. </li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks effectively by meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently. </li><li>Maintain professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Qualifications/Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to manage and grow multiple client accounts effectively. </li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. </li><li>Proficiency in managing client relationships and influencing outcomes in a cross-functional environment. </li><li>Comprehensive understanding of technology or software sales processes, including SaaS or enterprise platforms. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Education And Experience Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. </li><li>Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>AI & Operational Fluency<br><br></strong><ul><li>AI Integration: Utilize company-approved GenAI tools to accelerate high-value deliverables. </li><li>Strategic Oversight: Exercise critical judgment as the "Human-in-the-Loop," by auditing AI outputs for factual accuracy, brand alignment, and the removal of hallucinations. </li><li>Data Governance: Ensures no proprietary or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data is exposed to unauthorized models. </li><li>Prompt Competency: Demonstrates the ability to craft clear, context-rich prompts to achieve consistent, high-quality results across various business domains. <br><br><br></li></ul>We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
