What You’ll Do As an Engineer on the Clinic Platform team, you’ll build and scale the systems that power our clinician and patient experiences end-to-end. - Design, build, and own fullstack features across web and backend systems supporting telehealth workflows (intake, eligibility, prescribing, care plans, follow-ups) - Partner closely with product, design, and clinical teams to deliver intuitive, compliant, and high - quality user experiences - Build scalable backend services and APIs that integrate with EHRs, pharmacies, labs, and third - party partners - Develop modern frontend applications (React - based) that power internal clinician tools and member - facing experiences - Ensure performance, reliability, and security across critical healthcare flows - Contribute to architecture decisions, technical strategy, and system design for a rapidly evolving platform - Drive experimentation and iteration, enabling rapid product improvements while maintaining high quality - Mentor engineers and raise the bar for engineering excellence, code quality, and operational rigor What We’re Looking For - 10+ years of experience building and scaling fullstack applications - Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript) - Solid backend experience with Node.js (or similar) building APIs and distributed systems - Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL - Strong understanding of system design, data modeling, and scalability - Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and modern deployment practices - Familiarity with observability, performance tuning, and production debugging - Ability to operate in a fast - moving environment with high ownership and accountability Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
