Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for professional education and training programs, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives. Manage a team of professional education and training staff, providing clear direction, mentorship, and support to ensure their success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and medical affairs, to identify training needs and create relevant educational materials and programs. Stay current with industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and best practices related to professional education and training, and incorporate this knowledge into program development. Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources for professional education and training programs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of educational events, such as conferences, symposiums, and training workshops. Act as a subject matter expert and key spokesperson for the company's products and educational programs, representing the company at industry events and conferences. Collaborate with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to gather feedback and continuously improve the effectiveness of educational programs. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare organizations, professional societies, and regulatory bodies, to advance the company's educational initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the success of professional education and training programs, collecting and analyzing data to measure their impact on patient outcomes and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures related to professional education and training.
