This role will serve as the primary operational owner of the OneStream environment, providing application administration, user support, troubleshooting, security administration, reporting support, and issue triage.</p><p>The ideal candidate will possess practical OneStream experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and an understanding of financial systems and business processes. The role will work closely with Finance, Payroll, HR, SAP support teams, and external implementation partners to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the OneStream application.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Role model SMG’s Global People Promise, Values and Behaviors in all that you do, helping to drive a sustainable high-performance culture within our business</li><li>Serve as the primary administrator and support contact for the OneStream application, including user access, security, and configuration management. Support business users by responding to questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on system functionality.</li><li>Troubleshoot and triage production issues, building the skillset to determine whether problems originate in OneStream, SAP, integrations, master data, or user processes.</li><li>Manage and support monthly operational processes, data loads, payroll-related processes, and system monitoring activities.</li><li>Maintain and enhance financial reports, calculations, business rules, and data processing workflows.</li><li>Coordinate with Finance, Payroll, HR, SAP teams, and external support partners to resolve application and integration issues.</li><li>Create and maintain documentation, user guides, training materials, and operational procedures.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p><ul><li>1-3+ years of hands-on OneStream administration, support, troubleshooting, or development experience.
