As a global leader in infrastructure solutions, we are looking for someone who is passionate about driving growth and innovation in the technology industry. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead our Microsoft commercial strategy and work closely with our sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. If you are a self-starter with a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and a proven track record of driving results, we want to hear from you! Develop and implement a comprehensive Microsoft commercial strategy to drive business growth and increase market share. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to effectively execute the Microsoft commercial strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of the Microsoft strategy with overall company goals and objectives. Identify and analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Microsoft ecosystem, including partners, resellers, and customers. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in the Microsoft ecosystem, and adjust the commercial strategy accordingly. Provide guidance and support to the sales team in identifying and pursuing opportunities in the Microsoft market. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for the Microsoft commercial segment. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective messaging and promotional materials for Microsoft products and solutions. Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team to ensure a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and products. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the Microsoft commercial strategy and build relationships with potential customers. Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the execution of the Microsoft commercial strategy. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to the Microsoft commercial segment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
