Why Join Our Client

You will be joining an independent, growing business where your contribution will be noticed and valued. You will not be treated as another number in a large call centre.

They help established small and medium-sized UK businesses attract more customers and improve their online presence.

Services include website design and redevelopment, online reputation and customer review systems, Google Business Profile management and local online visibility.

They offer a professional but down-to-earth working environment. You will receive clear expectations, practical support and the freedom to use your experience rather than being forced to read a rigid script word for word.

What you will be doing:

  • Make outbound B2B calls to UK businesses.
  • Speak with business owners and relevant decision makers.
  • Carry out brief pre-call research to make conversations more relevant.
  • Arrange short introductory meetings with properly qualified prospects.
  • Confirm appointment details and make sure the prospect understands the meeting.
  • Record accurate notes, outcomes and follow-up actions in their CRM.

Most prospects will come through our client's existing lead-generation process. Occasionally, you may need to identify and research suitable businesses yourself using their agreed criteria.
