Account Executive, Auto Finance - Greater El Paso, TX Sales Market

All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need.<br/><br/><b>The Opportunity</b><br/>Candidate must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Greater El Paso, TX area requiring local travel throughout the surrounding El Paso sales market. Company vehicle provided. <br/><br/>An Account Executive for Ally Auto Finance acts as a field sales representative, promoting the full breadth of Ally's auto finance products and services to dealerships and equipping them with the tools necessary to grow their business and support their customers. They identify, pursue, and maximize business opportunities within their local market and create solid working relationships with existing and new dealers.<br/><b>The Work Itself</b><br/><ul><li>Manage the full sales lifecycle for Ally's auto finance product offerings and act as a singular point-of-contact for existing and new dealerships in a designated market.</li><li>Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all Ally's auto finance products, plans, and programs such as floorplan financing, Dealer Products & Services, and SmartAuction. </li><li>Market and promote the full breadth of Ally's products and services including commercial banking products.</li><li>Communicate and liaise with designated Consumer Underwriters and peer Account Executives across Ally Auto and Insurance.</li><li>Coordinate with key product specialists on the team to provide assistance, training, and consultative services to all assigned dealers.</li><li>Manage risk as a Dealership Performance Consultant.</li></ul><br/><br/><strong><b>The Qualifications We're Looking For</b></strong><br/><ul><li>Fluently bilingual in Spanish & English.</li><li>Dealer interfacing and/or auto b2b sales experience. </li><li>Ability to leverage industry expertise and relationships to contribute to business strategy and drive profitability.</li><li>Full sales lifecycle experience with a strong foundation in business management, analytics, presentation, and relationship selling skills.</li><li>Active problem solver with an aptitude for managing conflicting priorities.</li></ul><br/>#DFS<br/><strong><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></strong><br/><br/><ul><li>3+ years of experience</li><li>High school Diploma or GED equivalent</li></ul><br/><b>How We'll Have Your Back</b><br/>Ally's compensation program offers market-competitive base pay and pay-for-performance incentives (bonuses) based on achieving personal and company goals.
