Monitor compliance deadlines (labor law postings, required trainings, policy updates, etc.)

Field routine employee HR questions and escalate issues as needed

Maintain organized personnel files/records across multiple entities

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in HR administration, ideally with multi-entity or multi-location employers

Working knowledge of California employment law (strongly preferred, given our footprint)

Comfortable working independently and managing recurring, deadline-driven tasks

Healthcare, medical practice, or clinical staffing experience a plus, but not required

Excellent written communication and organization skills
