Senior Product Manager, Company Confidential

About The Role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Company Confidential Pod — Company Confidential responsible for one of the most critical and differentiated parts of the Company Confidential platform. Trust Company Confidential is at the heart of Company Confidential do, and this role sits at the intersection of product Company Confidential and hands-on execution. You'll own the roadmap for our Company Confidential surface while Company Confidential rolling up your sleeves to Company Confidential delivery. What You'll Own Trust Company Confidential Workflows Own the product Company Confidential and roadmap for Company Confidential's trust Company Confidential Company Confidential — the Company Confidential, reconciliation flows, month-end Company Confidential, and compliance guardrails that property managers depend on daily. Company Confidential improvements to the monthly Company Confidential workflow, reducing approval friction and surfacing anomalies earlier while preserving Company Confidential Company Confidential on high-value transactions. Deeply understand property management Company Confidential regulations and proactively Company Confidential features that Company Confidential Company Confidential Company Confidential of compliance requirements. AP/AR & Company Confidential Disbursements Own the end-to-end experience for accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments, Company Confidential distributions, and tenant billing. Identify friction in the disbursement workflow and Company Confidential features that improve speed, Company Confidential, and transparency for property managers and their owners. Work closely with customers to understand Company Confidential-world pain points Company Confidential payment timing, exceptions handling, and reporting. AI & Automation in Company Confidential Partner with Company Confidential's AI Pod to identify high-value automation opportunities Company Confidential Company Confidential — from intelligent transaction categorization to Company Confidential detection to assisted reconciliation. Define where AI creates genuine Company Confidential (reducing tedious Company Confidential work, catching errors) vs. where Company Confidential judgment must remain in the Company Confidential. Help Company Confidential the product thinking Company Confidential an Company Confidential-Company Confidential agent workforce, with a bias toward augmenting — not replacing — the property manager's expertise. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Translate customer research, support data, and market signals into a prioritized, shippable roadmap in collaboration with engineering and design. Write Company Confidential, Company Confidential-scoped product specs and acceptance Company Confidential using Company Confidential's planning frameworks (Shippable Feature Slices). Company Confidential sprint ceremonies and maintain pod Company Confidential — unblocking teams, making tradeoff calls, and communicating Company Confidential to leadership. Build deep relationships with Company Confidential users and key accounts in the Company Confidential domain; you'll be in customer conversations regularly. Company Confidential feature adoption and Company Confidential metrics post-launch; use data to inform iteration priorities. Represent the Company Confidential Pod in cross-pod planning cadences and help Company Confidential the broader product organization. Qualifications 5+ years of Company Confidential experience, with at least 2 years in PropTech, property management software, or a closely adjacent domain. Strong Company Confidential of property management Company Confidential fundamentals — trust Company Confidential, Company Confidential disbursements, Company Confidential management, or similar. Demonstrated ability to own both Company Confidential (roadmap, Company Confidential) and execution (delivery, scoping, unblocking) — a genuine player-Company Confidential. Experience working on or Company Confidential AI/ML product initiatives; comfort defining where automation belongs and where it doesn't. Excellent communication skills — you can write a Company Confidential spec, run a customer Company Confidential Company Confidential, and present a roadmap to executives with equal confidence. Strong analytical instincts; comfortable pulling data, running adoption analyses, and translating numbers into product Company Confidential. Experience with modern product tooling Company Confidential (or similar), customer research platforms, and analytics tools.
