Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Strategist

This marketing leader will Company Confidential marketing Company Confidential across Company Confidential Company Confidential businesses, however, the initial Company Confidential will be on one Company Confidential business unit, Company Confidential MGA, a cyber-specialist, who distributes national Company Confidential solutions through retail Company Confidential brokers and agents. This is a high-ownership role that requires someone who can write with precision for a sophisticated broker audience, manage multiple workstreams independently, and Company Confidential content that is both technically grounded and genuinely engaging. This position can be Company Confidential Company Confidential in San Diego, Company Confidential, or Company Confidential! How You Will Contribute Design, execute, and Company Confidential email campaigns targeting broker and agency partners; Company Confidential content for product spotlights, renewal communications, and market updates. Manage broker segmentation across individual sales rep and broad distribution list channels; build a feedback Company Confidential with sales and Company Confidential to refine messaging and measure engagement. Produce and maintain a library of broker-facing assets quarterly communications, collateral (i.e., monthly Wins of the Month and sell-sheets), partner presentations, claims and loss insights, and Company Confidential guides. Support the development of go-to-market content for new product launches, Company Confidential updates, and partnership engagement campaigns by translating Company Confidential program details into Company Confidential, compelling materials. Audit, clean, and maintain partner and contact records in our CRM, ensuring Company Confidential of agency/broker data, contact information, and segmentation tags. Company Confidential and document partner segmentation rules to ensure the right content reaches the right distribution partners. Identify gaps in partner data and build processes to Company Confidential records Company Confidential. Skills & Experience to be Successful 8+ years of experience in marketing, content, or communications; writing samples required. Experience with marketing project management platforms (i.e., Company Confidential), email marketing platforms and CRM tools; Company Confidential and/or Company Confidential Creative Company Confidential proficiency. Strong Company Confidential of Company Confidential Office Company Confidential; familiarity with Company Confidential content Company Confidential and B2B Company Confidential media management. Ability to read marketing Company Confidential data and draw actionable conclusions. Background in Company Confidential Company Confidential, financial services, B2B Company Confidential, or a similarly Company Confidential industry, but it is not a prerequisite. Experience building Company Confidential broker or agent-facing sales enablement content.
