Responsibilities Company Confidential Company Confidential Trials Represent clients in high-exposure and Company Confidential Company Confidential defense cases, including cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, property damage, and Company Confidential liability. Case Company Confidential and Planning Company Confidential and execute case strategies, including Company Confidential assessment, Company Confidential, Company Confidential Company Confidential, and trial preparation. Company Confidential Advisement Work closely with clients, Company Confidential carriers, and adjusters to Company Confidential Company Confidential Company Confidential advice, case assessments, and updates on case developments. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Company Confidential license to Company Confidential law in California and eligibility to Company Confidential in federal courts. 8+ years of experience in Company Confidential defense litigation with a strong Company Confidential on Company Confidential trial work. Demonstrated Company Confidential as Company Confidential trial counsel in multiple high-stakes cases. Strong knowledge of civil procedure, tort law, Company Confidential law, and trial strategies. Company Confidential ability to manage and prioritize a large, demanding caseload with limited Company Confidential. Exceptional oral advocacy, Company Confidential writing, and negotiation skills. Strong Company Confidential relationship management skills with an ability to communicate Company Confidential Company Confidential strategies effectively. Membership in local or national trial lawyer associations is a plus.
