Revenue Delivery Executive

Overview

As a Revenue Delivery Executive, you’ll drive revenue and performance for routes by optimizing pricing. You’ll join the Revenue Management team within the Commercial Directorate to balance customer demand with commercial success through data-driven pricing. You’ll partner with Sales, partner airlines, and Network Planning to shape availability and pricing across seasons, while analysing market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities. This role offers cross-functional collaboration, room to grow, and the chance to impact profitability within a historic, global airline.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver revenue and KPI targets for a portfolio by optimizing pricing strategies
  • Define and implement commercial approaches to price and availability across seasons
  • Act as revenue contact for a defined region, collaborating with Sales, partner airlines, and Network Planning
  • Analyse market performance and competitor activity, respond to opportunities or challenges
  • Work with large datasets to identify trends and customer insights
  • Collaborate across British Airways and the wider IAG group to drive revenue growth
  • Improve systems and processes, and enhance collaboration methods
  • Support ongoing commercial decision-making with data-driven insights
Key requirements
  • Experience or education in a highly numerical or analytical field
  • Confidence with data and strong Excel skills
  • Willingness to build capability across analytical tools, automation and AI
  • Exposure to commercial decision-making environments or interest to develop in this area
  • Thoughtful and curious approach to problem-solving
