In this position, you will serve as a vital link between our global clients and the Nordic market. The core focus of your role is collecting high-quality, strategically valuable intelligence: reaching out to business stakeholders (B2B) or consumers (B2C), conducting structured phone conversations, and mapping key market trends. If you enjoy connecting with people, working independently, and leveraging your language skills from the comfort of your home office, this role is a perfect fit.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct outbound telephone interviews and market surveys across the Nordic region.
  • Engage professionally with business stakeholders (B2B) and consumers (B2C).
  • Log market insights and survey data accurately into our digital platforms.
  • Provide overall operational and communication support for specific client projects.

Key details:

  • Language Skills: Native or professional fluency in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian (strong English skills are a plus).
  • Background: Excellent communication skills, a professional phone manner, and prior experience in customer support, market research, telesales, or call center roles.
  • Technical Setup: A reliable personal computer, stable high-speed internet connection, and a quality headset with a microphone.
