Physiotherapist – (DHA Licensed)

Shifa homecare brings doctor-led care into people’s homes, including consultations, blood tests, diagnostics, physiotherapy and structured health programmes.

The role

You’ll join our physiotherapy team as it grows. You’ll assess and treat clients at home and design programmes with a clear start and end. You’ll also help shape how the service develops, from protocols to the client experience.

What you’ll do

  • Run in-home assessments and set measurable goals for each client
  • Build and deliver treatment plans across:
  • Musculoskeletal and sports injuries
  • Post-surgical rehab (knee, hip, shoulder, spine)
  • Mobility, balance and falls prevention for older adults
  • Back pain, neck pain and posture
  • Assisted stretching and mobility work
  • Use add-on techniques where certified: kinesio taping, dry needling, cupping, manual therapy
  • Give every client a home exercise programme and track progress at set review points
  • Document each session in our system on the same day
  • Feed back what clients need, such as protocol ideas, package ideas and service gaps
What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (Master’s a plus)
  • Active DHA licence, or a DHA eligibility letter ready to activate
  • 2+ years of clinical physiotherapy experience in the UAE, ideally in home care or outpatient MSK
  • Confident working on your own in clients’ homes
  • Punctual, professional and good with people
  • Fluent English; Arabic and other languages a plus
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
