What You Will Do

  • Create engaging motion graphics and video content that supports marketing campaigns, demand generation initiatives, digital channels, product launches, and brand storytelling.
  • Transform static creative assets, campaign visuals, and design concepts into motion content, using approved AI tools where helpful for visual exploration and production.
  • Produce a range of video assets including social media animations, promotional videos, product demonstrations, and short-form digital content.
  • Adapt and localize motion assets to suit different markets, languages, platforms, formats, aspect ratios, and audience needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Content and Creative teams to turn briefs into storyboards, motion concepts, and clear visual narratives.
  • Prepare, optimize, and export content for a variety of digital platforms, ensuring technical excellence and platform-specific best practices.
  • Maintain and organize motion assets, project files, and final outputs within DAM and shared systems.
  • Check final outputs, including AI assisted elements, for video quality, pacing, transitions, visual consistency, and technical accuracy.

What We Require

  • Minimum 3 (preferably 5) years’ experience in motion design, animation, or video production, ideally within a marketing, agency, creative studio, or in-house production environment.
  • Experience working within a high-volume content production setting is an advantage. A showreel or portfolio demonstrating your own contribution is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Multimedia, Video Production, or a related discipline preferred.

  • Practical experience with AI assisted video or motion tools, including effective prompting, iteration, and integration of suitable outputs into finished work.
  • Solid understanding of animation principles, motion design techniques, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience creating content for a range of digital channels, including social media, websites, marketing campaigns, display advertising, and email marketing.
  • Ability to adapt and optimize content across multiple formats, durations, aspect ratios, languages, platforms, and regional markets.
  • Understanding of brand guidelines, visual identity systems, templates, and creative standards.
  • Knowledge of video formats, rendering workflows, compression techniques, and export specifications.
  • Ability to use reusable templates and suitable automation while maintaining creativity, visual quality, and brand consistency.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the judgment to identify visual errors, inconsistent motion, or misleading generated content.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with a positive approach to feedback and cross-functional teamwork.
