<p>Family Solicitor (2-5 PQE) | Family Firm | £50k-£65k | Fully Remote</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role: Private Family Solicitor - 2-5 PQE</strong></p><p><strong>Firm: Close-nit Firm</strong></p><p><strong>Salary: £50,000 - £65,000</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Fully remote, will consider part-time (Chelmsford courts)</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Our client, a close-nit and family run firm, is looking for a mid-level Family Solicitor to join their team on a fully remote basis, managing a caseload of good quality privately funded matters and attending matters local to Chemsford. With 6 years managing a diverse caseload of divorce, financial, child, and co-habituation matters, the existing team of 3 have been hugely successful and has an growing client base and excellent reputation.</p><p><br></p><p>Technologically confident, this firm offers fully remote working for a candidate who can attend matters in the Chelmsford family courts. Flexible working is encouraged, with they would consider part-time working for the right person. If you are a developing family solicitor with a focus on work/life balance, this could be the role for you!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The role </strong></p><p><br></p><p>This role involves providing a high-quality legal service to good quality clients across all aspects of privately funded family law matters:</p><ul><li>Manage a caseload of privately funded family matters including divorce, financial, child, and co-habituation matters.</li><li>Work independently with support and oversight from team members when necessary.</li><li>Support senior solicitors with more complex matters when necessary.</li><li>Develop a strong client base, communicating clearly and consistently.</li><li>Research appropriate case law and provide high quality technical advice as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What they are looking for</strong></p><ul><li>UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX member of 2-5 years PQE (other levels will be considered on a case by case basis).</li><li>Experience in private family law within a reputable team, ideally with experience assisting high quality clients.</li><li>Strong academics from a reputable university.</li><li>Friendly demeanor with an interest in assisting with team development.</li><li>An enthusiasm for family law.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This firm offers an excellent opportunity to join a close nit firm that is continuing to grow on a fully remote basis.
