Tired of finishing a full day on site only to open your laptop at the kitchen table at 8 PM?

We are partnering with an industry-leading environmental consultancy backed by an AI-native TICC platform, taking a modern approach to compliance. They are completely eliminating the traditional burdens of site reporting so you can regain your work-life balance while working on some of the UK's most prestigious portfolios.

Why This Role Is Different:

  • The Admin Buster: Advanced, integrated AI software automates back-office report generation, floorplan creation, and data compiling on site. You cut your paperwork time in half.
  • Zero 10 PM Admin: The ultimate USP-when you step off site, your day is finished. No logging back in at night to finish manual reports.
  • Prestigious Asset Classes: Leave monotonous domestic runs behind. You will work across stable, high-profile portfolios including a major University Estate (Durham Uni), Nuclear decommissioning facilities, CLASP schools, and complex commercial sites.
  • True Mobility & Flexibility: Finish site visits and head straight home-no requirement to drop paper surveys or samples back to a physical office at the end of the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys alongside analytical duties (air testing, fibre counting, 4-stage clearances).
  • Utilising next-generation automated software to record site data seamlessly.
  • Interfacing with key corporate, institutional, and Tier-1 clients professionally.
  • Maintaining strict UKAS quality and health & safety compliance standards.
